The Garifuna Collective has performed in more than 30 countries across five continents and produced some of the greatest Garifuna albums of all time, including the critically acclaimed “Watina” (Stonetree Records). The album received both a WOMEX Award and a BBC World Music Award, and was named by Amazon as the greatest world music album of all time.

Bringing together seasoned musicians from several generations, the group is dedicated to performing and travelling the world as one ensemble, sharing its music and history with the widest possible audience. Their music celebrates the history and spirit of Garifuna culture. Drawing inspiration from the thousands of compositions passed down by their people, they create new works that carry this heritage forward.
